i never really understood
why my mother doesent like
my grandfather much
but now i do.
i didnt know to the extent of his
background but come to find out
hes a really important person
not just in ghana but all over the freakin world
he went to princess diana and prince charles's wedding
but i guess learning about what he does lets me understand
why that side of the family has made such little impact on my life
but hopefully that will change cause i love my grad mother and i am her name sake
so i guess its time for me to bridge the gap between us
