Ghana is my homeland. I love her more than a fat kid loves cake. It may have taken me the past sixteen years to make this realization, but I am glad it came. It is amazing to have a place to go where you are not the minority. I know that in times of struggle and jubilation I can run towards Ghana and she will welcome me with open arms. My soul resides in Ghana. I started there as just an infant, but now I and a young lady, ready to face whatever the world brings to me. I will continue to love and cherish my love for Ghana in my heart “til’ death do us part, Amen”.
